Because IPTV services are digital products with instant activation, we do not offer refunds once your account has been activated and service access has been delivered.
Once you receive your login credentials or M3U URL, your service is considered fully delivered and non-refundable.
2️⃣ Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may only be granted under specific conditions:
- ⚠️ You have not received your IPTV login credentials within 24 hours of purchase.
- ❌ The service fails to work after verified troubleshooting with our support team.
- 💳 Duplicate or accidental payments (charged twice for the same plan).

3️⃣ Trial Period
We offer a 36-hour free trial so you can test the service before purchasing.
This ensures you can verify compatibility, channel availability, and streaming quality before committing to a paid plan.
👉 Because of this free trial, refunds for active subscriptions are generally not available.
4️⃣ Technical Issues
Our team is available 24/7 to resolve any service issues.
Before requesting a refund, please:
- Restart your device and router.
- Check your internet speed (minimum 15 Mbps recommended).
- Contact our support team for setup assistance.
If the issue persists after verified troubleshooting, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5️⃣ Chargebacks
Filing an unauthorized chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate account suspension.
We encourage you to reach out to our billing team first — we’re always here to help and resolve any issues fairly.
